At The Audio Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the audio gear in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
